One of the projects I have been working on lately, is this room in the basement. I wanted to clear it out and make it a room for my electric train and slot cars. This is the stage I managed to get it to, just before that annual BBQ we just hosted a couple of weeks ago. The next stage is to take down one wall, and open it up to the rest of the basement. Deadline for that is this Christmas! LOL! Here is a few pics of how it looks right now.

"There is nothing nice about a Cobra. It's stripped down to the essentials, a big engine, a small car, and four wide tires to keep the whole business on the pavement. It's loud, smells like gasoline, and shakes, shudders, and bucks. It makes your arms tired and your feet hot. You nearly crash about once every 10 minutes. It's so damn wonderful that you can't believe it."

Very cool, Ron. Now just add about 500 feet of slot car track. :)

Yeah, I haven't figured out exactly how I am going to do it, yet. We will be starting on that room in about 2 weeks, so everything will have to be removed, during the construction. After it is completed (before Christmas) I can start laying out the tracks. Should make a nice winter project. ---------- "There is nothing nice about a Cobra.
