Very little is known about the early history of CSX2358, however we know that it was originally delivered to Pennsylvania. Multiple reports place this car in Germany in the 1990s with some incorrect features. Symbolic purchased CSX2358 from a German collector (via a dealer). After a detailed inspection, we believe CSX2358 has an original and correct chassis, a complete replacement body and a period-correct 289 cubic inch engine.
